Glow Gallery. On occasion, we may run a sale. Depending on the star alignments and
gravitational pull of the Earth, sales may be posted on glowforum.com,
the newsletter, or other Internet sites. Please do not ask us for sale
codes.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
If you are looking for information on product availability, costs, or
shipping costs, you can view the information at
GlowInc.com. The website
is our only "catalog" and outlet. We do not have stores or distributors
elsewhere. Everyone pays the same amount outside of the quantity
discounts displayed on the site. We do not offer contractor, non-profit,
or reseller pricing. Small sized samples can be purchased on our site. We do not provide free
samples. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship water-based paints and all powders to most countries. Due to
hazmat regulations, solvent-based paints can not be shipped outside of
the United States. If you want to know if we can specifically ship to
your country, start the checkout process and see if your country is
listed on the address screen. RETAIL STORES, VISITING, AND PICKUP
We are not set up as a retail operation and therefore allowing visitors
is in conflict with local statutes. We do not have distributors or
remote retail stores you can visit. All orders must be sent via mail. SHIPPING COSTS, TIMES, AND TRACKING
For shipping rates, input your proposed order and start
the checkout process. After you enter your address, click "Check
Shipping Rates". We offer all USPS shipping options and UPS Ground. Typical orders are
shipped next business day. We do not ship Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or
postal holidays. Shipping times from order date (in business days):
Parcel Post 8-21 days, First Class 4-5 days, Priority 3-4 days, Express
Mail 1-3 days, UPS Ground 3-6 days. Solvent-based paints can only be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or UPS
Ground. We send tracking info via email for every order. Please first check your
email inbox and spam filters for tracking messages from USPS or UPS. If
you provided a fake email address, then please wait until the package is
late before contacting us. HOW TO GET A QUOTE OR TO SEND YOUR ORDER BY MAIL
If you need an invoice or quote, input your order into glowinc.com as
normal. During checkout, select "Phone/Fax" as your payment method. You
will then get a receipt that you can mail with your check or use as an
invoice.
