Glow Inc. Policies and Procedures
Credit Card Orders
Glow Inc. accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express
credit cards via our secure connection with Authorize.Net.
Paypal and e-checks are processed
via a Premier Business Paypal Account.
If the billing address does not match that which is on file at the
financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if
the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts we reserve the right
to cancel the order without notification. In most cases "virtual credit
cards" cannot be verified therefore, we do not recommend using a virtual
credit card on your Glow Inc. orders.
If you regularly ship orders to an address other than your credit card
billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and ask
them to list the address as an alternate address on your account. Credit
card companies are very willing to offer this service to you and it could
mean less delays when placing your orders with Glow Inc. and other
companies. Please note that we cannot work out credit card problems with
the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder
once the problem is resolved.
OUR PERSONAL CHECK POLICY
While we attempt to bank-approve personal checks for immediate
shipment, this may not always be possible and we may hold your order for
10-12 business days. To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as
possible, please send a money order, certified check or use your credit
card. Business checks are treated as regular personal checks. Customers
whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be
charged $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check. If it
becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will
be responsible for all collection fees.
PURCHASE ORDERS
Glow Inc. no longer accepts purchase orders due to repetitive fraud and
non-payment.
CREDITS AND BALANCE DUES
Any credits left on your account with us can be used toward a future
order. At your request, we will issue a refund check for any outstanding
credit on your account generated by an order paid for by check or money
order. If the order was paid by credit card, we will credit your credit
card account. Any credit not redeemed nor refunded within a one-year
period will be assessed a service charge fee. Any outstanding balance dues
will be applied to your next order. We do not assume any responsibility
for bank fees incurred as a result of using a Debit Card for your
purchases and/or return credit.
CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Glow Inc. ships all over the world. For International orders,
please pay via credit card. Under no circumstances will we falsify
invoices or shipping labels.
We can ship pigment to almost any country relatively inexpensively.
Flammable Liquids, such as Glow Paint can not be shipped across
international borders without excessive Hazmat fees.
While we do ship to most international destinations, we are unable to
serve some countries at this time due to US law or credit card security
reasons. Orders intended to ship to Afghanistan, Brunei, Cuba,
India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Macedonia,
Malaysia, North Korea, Pakistan, Peru, Somalia, Sudan, or Syria are not
accepted by Glow Inc.
When requesting orders to ship to an APO or FPO address, your package will
ship SAM (space available mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship
your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available transport.
Your APO or FPO station may choose to send your package via a commercial
carrier. Glow Inc. has no control over this, however we are obligated to
comply with all rules and regulations governing commercial shipping. Due
to this, we can not ship flammable items such as glow in the dark paint to
an APO or FPO.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
Merchandise can be returned for identical items only and only if there
is an item damaged in shipping or has other technical problems. We
do not refund payment unless we are unable to fulfill your order.
To return an item, first contact our technical service department and
request a "Return Authorization" number. Then send your package back
to Glow Inc using a trackable shipping method. Important, some
packages from Glow Inc are sent via special methods to conform to Hazmat
requirements. Therefore, it is important that you call first for
shipping instructions.
PARENTAL VERIFICATION OF ORDERS
Unestablished customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal
guardian present to verify any order placed by phone before an order will
be processed. Also, our phone representatives may limit the length of
inquiry calls.
LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Although we do our best to provide helpful information for the use of
our products, you must use this information at your own risk. We are
not responsible for any damage caused by our product. We suggest
that you work with very small samples on materials that are disposable
before committing a large amount of product or working on a valuable
object.
PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other Glow
Inc. publications are subject to change. Glow Inc. maintains no
responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical
errors on our site or in our publications, Glow Inc. reserves the right to
cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within
30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.

handle walk-in orders, returns, tours, inquiries, etc.
